What We Look For
Licensing & Certifications
Minimum Class A CDL with clean driving record. Specialized endorsements for HazMat and Tanker are highly valued for our specialized freight operations.
Professional Experience
At least 2 years of verifiable over-the-road (OTR) experience. Familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELD) and precision navigation is essential.
Safety & Compliance
Strict adherence to DOT regulations and company safety protocols. Candidates must pass a comprehensive background check and regular drug screening.
Physical Readiness
Ability to perform pre-trip inspections and occasional cargo handling. Current medical examiner's certificate (DOT Medical Card) is required.
